5. Steven- Horrible. He's got a good concept of being an innocent character turned evil over loss, but he's in one episode and he's played off as a joke. Plus, his entire plan involves a mosquito skull, despite the fact that mosquitos don't have bones. I've heard the bone things is supposed to be satirical, but come on.
4. Albert- I'm not even sure if that's his name because this wiki has like 0 information, but he's the big bad of Season 5. He's not really bad, just kinda boring. We've already seen a villain try to manipulate resources to gain power, and it was done way better. He barely even does anything because he just sends out Little Richard (who's not a great villain but still more entertaining)
3. Tim- He's a classic manipulator, nearly killing Cherie and making her look like a Martyr, and he gets closer to winning than most villains. The problem is a lack of characterization, though. His betrayal comes out of nowhere, and his goals don't really get a lot of depth. It felt like they just didn't know what they wanted to do with him.
2. Duke- Just great. He's intimidating, he's got a great voice performance, he's just a quintessential evil tyrant. I'm not usually one for redemption arcs, but his was pretty good and I liked his dynamic with Cherie.
1. Sister Sisto- This is how you do a villain. She had a brilliant plan to kill Tim and put herself in power, she had her minions put heads on a wall, she tortured a child, what more could you want from a big bad? And there's no sob story or good intentions, she's evil because she wants power. Easily the best villain.
