Halk Hogam is a recurring character on Solar Opposites who gains prominence in Season 2. He is voiced by Sterling K. Brown.
Background[]
Halk is a hero from the famed Wall War 1. He saved countless lives after the flooding of the Nerds. Before his life in the Wall, Halk had been an executive editor on the hit Fox drama Bones. Because of this background in criminal investigations and his proven bravery, Halk is chosen to look into who is responsible for the gruesome serial killings.
Though initially loyal to Tim during much of his reign, Halk begins to question his leadership when he learns of the lies he’s told the people of The Wall. In Season 3, he teams up with Cherie to unseat Tim from power, and to bring truth back to The Wall. However, he finds himself at odds with Cherie as well, frequently disapproving of the lengths and methods she goes to to fix the perceived problems with their society. Moreover, he desires nothing more than to retire from being a hero and live a peaceful life with his wife.
In Terry and Korvo Get In A Big Screaming Fight In The Taco Bell Parking Lot, Halk sacrifices himself to the hordes of mosquitos to allow Cherie to escape, leaving his fate is unconfirmed.
Trivia[]
