Buckle up! The Solars go to Hululand!
Full Story[]
The Solar Opposites prepare to go on vacation to Hululand, an amusement park themed after their favorite streaming service. Korvo especially looks forward to the vacation after the stress of his train hobby and the line. However, the focus quickly shifts to The Wall, as Tim wakes up from his lead-induced coma, fully aware of his surroundings. He is shocked to see Cherie is still alive, and prepared to hold him accountable for his crimes. However, Tim changes the subject as he realizes that the aliens are leaving the house, giving everyone the opportunity to escape The Wall. He rushes to the chute, finding it jammed by a milk dud Jesse poured in before leaving. Tim and Cherie are able to escape to the Replicants’ bedroom, and find the shrink ray after a brief, terrifying encounter with the Pupa. Tim uses the ray to grow Cherie back to her normal size. Cherie is prepared to squash Tim while he’s still small, but he apologizes for what he did and professes his love for her, proclaiming that while he hates The Wall, he loves that it lead to them meeting. Touched, Cherie returns Tim to his proper size.
The two attempt to free the others still stuck in The Wall, but find that the terrarium will only open with one of the aliens’ handprints. Hoping to bring them to justice, they go to the cops to try to have them arrested, but the shrink ray is taken as evidence in the process. Cherie and Tim do see the alien family apprehended at Hululand, but they are immediately let go. They have been granted criminal immunity due to sharing their technology from the government. Upset that their captors will face no justice, Cherie resigns to going back to her old life as a chef at Benihana, encouraging Tim to go back to his old life as well. Though Tim buys a new home, shaves his beard, and tries to get in shape, he goes to Benihana to find Cherie, who has not taken her old job back after all. The two meet at the beach, realizing that a part of them is still back in The Wall, and that they have unfinished business freeing everyone.
Tim uses a payphone to call the police, impersonating an escaped gorilla. This allows Cherie to retrieve their confiscated shrink ray as well as a shotgun. They return to the aliens’ house to ambush them and force Yumyulack to free everyone from The Wall. Korvo and Terry find out about The Wall for the first time, with the two showing disgust as how unethical the experiment is (though Terry admits it’s cool regardless). Yumyulack expresses admiration for Tim for his role in the rebellion, but this doesn’t keep Tim from attacking him and beating up Korvo. Tim forces Jesse to to free the Wall’s captives, and uses the shrink ray to restore them to normal size one by one in the bedroom. After the humans leave, Tim shrinks the Solar Opposites and sticks them in The Wall, mocking them with a single piece of candy as he traps them once and for all.
Outside, Tim breaks the shrink ray, relieved that his and Cherie’s adventures are apparently over. However, as he teams up with an escaped gorilla for another fantastical adventure, the entire episode is revealed to be Tim’s dying dream in the Bowinian Church hospital. Tim is declared dead from lead poisoning, frustrating Cherie as now Tim can never be properly punished for his crimes. Cherie and Halk burn Tim’s body in the aliens’ backyard, as Halk asks Cherie what they do now.
As the Solar Opposites return from Hululand, Yumyulack and Jesse go up to their room feeling joyfully-exhausted from their trip.

Notes/Trivia[]
- Throughout the story, Cherie never mentions her daughter Pezlie once. This is a hint to the episode being Tim’s dream, as he never learned of his daughter’s existence.
- The fact that Cherie was so quick to forgive Tim may also be a hint, considering the grudge she's held since being stabbed.
- This is the third Solar Opposites episode to focus primarily on The Wall. It is the first of these episodes to not be the penultimate episode of its season, and the first to use the standard Solar Opposites intro.
- Korvo referenced The Simpsons episode "Itchy and Scratchy Land", stating that this episode will be nothing like it.
- Terry and Korvo argue about whether or not Bosch is on Hulu. Currently, this show is on Amazon Prime Video.
