Sister Sisto is a nun at The Wall's Bowinian Church, who later becomes its 3rd leader and an antagonist of Season 4.
History[]
Sister Sisto is initially introduced as Sister Sasha's protegee and entrusted with the task of helping keep Cherie and Pezlie safe and so both nuns became Pezlie's babysitters while her mother was busy. Sisto and Sasha later tried to cure Tim when he was brought barely alive to their infirmary but were unable to and he died. After Tim's death the nuns attempted to convince Cherie to become the new leader of the Wall and even calling her "The Duchess" but Cherie refused.
Later, while Cherie was busy killing a mosquito army, it is heavily implied that Sisto murdered Sasha during the night and convinced the other nuns to make her their leader along with stealing Pezlie, passing her off as a messiah sent by Jesse in order to turn her into a Puppet Queen and control the Wall. When Cherie arrived to the church she went after Sisto upon seeing her with Pezlie but was stopped and taken away while Sisto branded Pezlie with a bow shaped hot iron.

- It is heavily implied that she purposefully poisoned Tim since she was able to tell what was wrong with him upon taking one look at him and was completely unfazed by his death.
